All eyes on TTDI Sentralis as it nears completion

SHAH ALAM: Shah Alam residents can expect their city to grow ever more prosperous and their properties more valuable as a new commercial hub is about to be opened by Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd.

The development in question is TTDI Sentralis, which celebrated a major milestone recently with a Topping Out Ceremony to mark the near completion of the Sentralis Lifestyle Sovo Suites and the retail component, Trivium Avenue.

Among those present at the ceremony were Daniel Lim Hin Soon, Naza TTDI CEO, Ir Lee Man Chong, Naza TTDI project director, Azman Marzuki, Naza Engineering Construction CEO and Khalid Mansor, Naza Engineering Construction project director.

In his speech, the newly appointed Lim said that the construction work had faced delays due to several technical issues, resulting in warranted concern from buyers.

“Naza TTDI understands these concerns and is now working towards expediting the development to meet the new deadline,” he said.

He also added that the entire Sentralis TTDI project is expected to be completed by 2021.

To ensure that things proceed as scheduled, Naza TTDI ended its partnership with its previous contractor and instead delegated the construction duty to Naza Engineering & Construction.

Although construction was halted earlier due to the movement control order, operations resumed once the recovery movement control order came into effect.

With a total Gross Development Value of RM478 million, the Sentralis Lifestyle Sovo Suites and Trivium Avenue are expected to be completed by Q3 2021.

A third component, Stellar Residences which are service apartments, is likely to be completed by Q4 2021.

The Sentralis Lifestyle Sovo Suites are a low density SoVo with 18 units per floor. There are a total of 206 units of these stylish and flexible office spaces.

Eight layout design choices will be made available and the built-up area ranges from 656 sq ft to 1,474 sq ft.

Trivium Avenue on the other hand is the retail component which will facilitate the everyday needs of the TTDI Sentralis community.

A wide range of facilities and amenities will be made available, including 104 retail shop units, two drive-thru units and one anchor tenant unit, complete with 24-hour security.

Stellar Residences is a service apartment that will provide residents with safety and convenience in the prime location that is Shah Alam.

With 260 units available, residents can choose from three layout designs with built-up areas from 719 sq ft to 1,081 sq ft, with 24-hour security for residents’ peace of mind.

TTDI Sentralis has great accessibility due to its proximity to major highways, including the NKVE, Federal Highway, Elite Highway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and New Klang Valley Expressway.

The area will also be accessible by railway, with the nearest stations being the Batu Tiga KTM Station and the upcoming Stadium LRT Station.

A signature master-planned integration of commercial, retail, offices and residences, TTDI Sentralis is set to become the top-notch mixed-modal urban hub of Shah Alam.
